We are a workforce development advisory body serving the Queensland fitness, sport and recreation industry. Our role is to assist the industry to develop a skilled, ready workforce by:

• Providing policy advice on education and training to industry and government
• Providing training delivery advice to schools and Registered Training Organisations
• Designing and managing workforce development initiatives, and  
• Contributing to the review of industry training packages and other learning products.

We are also responsible for the Fitness, Sport and Recreation Skills Alliance - a forum open to all industry stakeholders to raise issues and suggest solutions to workforce development challenges.
